Mobile Service fees

Standard Mobile and Surcharge is separate from Illinois Gov’t Notary Fees.

Standard Mobile Service - call for price.  Standard Mobile Service is a travel charge accrued during regular business hours. 

Monday - Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) 

Sunday - CLOSED By appointment only (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Standard Mobile Service rates apply within 20 miles of Peru, IL.  Locations beyond 20 miles will incur an additional mileage surcharge.  

Mileage Surcharge - A mileage surcharge is applied when a customers designated service location is greater than 20 miles from Peru, IL 

Surcharge - Extended Appointment Time (15-minute increments) Mobile Notary Solutions appointments are scheduled in 30 minutes increments (unless otherwise noted in the estimate or invoice).

Appointment extending beyond the scheduled time will incur a surcharge.
Surcharges are applied at the beginning of each additional 15-minute increment.  

Surcharge - Outside Business Hours Monday - Saturday a surcharge will applies.

Sunday Surcharge - Surcharge applies.

Each Loan Signing Quote is Based On:

•Travel distance to the signing location.

•Timing of document delivery.

•Document package size.

•Printing requirements.

•Quantity and type of notarization.

•Document scan back requirements.

•Completed document shipping. requirements.

•Other unique transaction details.
